• 1. Control system
  Adopt intelligent equipment standard PLC control system, PROFIBUS-DP-level control system and DP human-machine interface (human-machine interface, distributed I/communication and remote communication modules) in line with Europe. The system supports remote maintenance and operation. Easy on-site installation.

• 2. Drive system
  It adopts SEW servo control system and SEW servo motor, and makes full use of the perfect handshake control protocol between German Siemens and SEW, so that the drive control system can play the highest performance in a safe mode.

• 3. Synchronization system
  The equipment realizes the seamless synchronization function, eliminating the tedious synchronization adjustment of the equipment and the carcass line. By setting the corresponding parameters, the equipment can automatically track the speed of the carcass line and automatically recognize the speed of the carcass line to achieve the synchronization effect. That is, if the speed of the carcass line is adjusted separately, the device will automatically track and identify the speed of the carcass line and keep it consistent.
